[size=10pt]I have received an Email today from Local visa office and I quote "We have received all the required documents from you and your file has now been forwarded to the visa officer for a Final Review" Please be patient.

This is in response to an Enquiry I made,seeking to get my application current status. What does a "Final Review" comprise? I have already submitted my PP and Rprf.[/size]

it means that the visa officer will check all the documents you sent to make a decision whether you qualify for PR and he/she is the one who will make a final decision related to your application.
