got all documents except PCC from India

I got all my documents except PCC from india.(i got fbi,ca,mi certificates in 3 weeks)
I have another 80 days left to submit to buffalo.....
any suggestion... do i wait? or submit without pcc from india?

I know that you have not mentioned this, but make sure you send the RPRF and Medical in time, rest can come later as the deadline approaches.
