Documents Received on 22nd NOV
File Sent to department on 2nd Dec
File Came back to GS office on 3rd Dec
Decision: GS Cond'l Offer of Acceptance on 7th Dec..

So, from 2nd to 7th i.e. 5 days.. WOW..

That mean i am accepted or there is condition to be accepted & because i did not have TOFEL/IELTS but I attended university where the language of instruction was English
