It's a scam.

As soon as Western Union is mentioned then will be a scam. Do not share copies of any documents or pay any money.

Bank transfers, debit cards and credit cards are far more secure and traceable than Western Union which scammers use as the money trail cannot be easily traced if at all.

The post code used for the address by the way is Brampton Ontario and is not the correct one for 25 Dallner rd so even the address is suspect
