got 3 year work permit and want to settle in BC

hi ,
i am an international student completed associate of science from university and got 3 year Work permit. my question is how i will become eligible for BC PNP . i do not have working experience and work yet. can any one tell me what kind of work make me eligible for BC PNP and what is the further procedure. please help me
