goods to follow form

hope u all r doing good
i have one query regarding goods to follow form
plz confirm me that can i mention two country names when im filling the goods to follow form (B4 and B4A)
and what will b the validity period of that form
can it b prolonged till two years
what i mean is
can these goods come to Canada even after 1yr or more time has passed
plz clear

1. As many countries as you want.
2. The Goods to Follow list doesn't expire, just as long as the items were listed and used at the time of the list.
