GOOD UNI's in Canada for MS in CS

Hi I have score of 79 in TOEFL and my Btech (from UPTU India) CS aggregate is 61.94 %, I have 3.5 years of work experience.
I'm keen for MS in Computer Science for Summer/Winter 2016 session.
Which uni's should I apply to?

How is UOIT I dont see it's ranking in QS list.

Will any university accept my score ? or may be they can offer me a English language course if I dont meet the TOEFL requirement? Can you guys name few where I could apply ??

I haven't yet heard of a university that doesn't accept TOEFL instead of IELTS, but a score of 79 in the TOEFL iBT is quite low. You need to look up the English language requirements for each university to see if you have a chance.

As for good CS universities in Canada, Waterloo, UofT, UBC, McGill, SFU come to mind.
