Good to follow list

Hi all,
is it true that the Goods to follow list once approved (during soft landing) has only one year validity?
I did my landing in Aug 2018 (and got the goods to follow list done). I plan to move permanently in Aug 2020. Will I be able to take those goods? or is it expired now?

1. No, it is open ended, with no validity.
2. Yes, you can, you just can't add new items.

Same issue for me. I heard we can restamp a new list when we permantly move back n ignore previous list when we did soft landing. Is that true? Thanks
