I am applied for FSW programme throUgh london office(status: received by VO).My NOC 3152,my husband is an Engineering graduate who wish to continue his studies in the field of Biomedical Instrumentation/Bussiness studies .We are from India.My question is if my husband apply for a student visa in Canada is there any chance of rejection due to the application for PR.I read in one thread that when we apply for the student visa the V.O will make sure that we will go back to our home country.In our case since our papers are already under process they will know we wont go back .

You must convince the VO of youe willingness to return to India should his studies end before the PR visa issued.
