My parents has purchased gold in 2001 about 200g 21carat, since now I want to start immigration procedure, to clarify source of fund, my parents have paper that he bought 200g gold in 2001, and now will sold it and gift it to me it worth now I think above 22k$, so my question is : will this be enough as and immigration agent will accept it ?

What immigration program have they received invitation. Source of funds is cash in the bank, not gold. How many people and children's ages.
I've just started entry express procedure, just wandering how to POF , I can do exchange gold to chash and show them proof, is it acceptable this way?

I don't know when they were invited and through what draw, and how many in their family. If invited through CEC then don't need to show POF. if through FSW, it is cash in the bank. All the information is on the EE site. Letter is from bank showing an average over a 6 month period.
Congrats on their invitation through Express Entry.

If you need POF would make sure to save proof of liquidating gold holdings into cash on top of proof of funds in your bank account for 6 months. You will then have a paper trail of how you obtained your savings.
