Going to withdraw my student visa application on monday

As my classes are started from 6th sep . but my extention date is 12 sep. where my status is still under processing...........I decide to withdraw my file becoz of some bad weather in chd embessy, they r not giving visa easily in sep. intake a large no. of files are being refused, i dont wanna to take any risk more ....as every body knows i m applying in same batch after getting refusal in spp....i think after getting refusal in general makes my ways more tough for jan intake... so after withdraw i apply for deffer letter from my college and again applying for jan intake in between 1st week of october.

prposed study is not relevent, level of establishment, language abilites etc etc ek hi line me sbhi kuch likha tha exect reason to aabh mujhe khud ko nahi pata

80% of the rejection reasons on this forum is due to study mismatch...
What do they want?
For god's sake when university has given an admission on the basis of previous education, whatz itching their as*?

but yaaar me eh v nahi chahunda c k me general category layi v koi faltu di unwanted refusal lawa.....u know ohna kol ta simple reason hai study mismatch jad ki study mismatch v nahi hai....hope u understand but best of luck to u

bro me ajj withdraw karaya te ajj hi deffer letter di request v paaati hai.............bas within a week deffer letter hath ch aa javegi te hope so ke last week of this month me apply kardanga

I suggest you to withdraw your file and transfer your course to jan session and reapply again in oct...this is the best thing...

don't wait for assholes to give you a refusal.....just think smartly...

Hi,

If you intend to go by this plan, thn I am sure you will only end up wasting your time and money !

If you withdraw this time and reapply again with the same LOA for Jan intake, thn what's the guarantee of visa approval ?

And there is "NO BENEFIT" of submitting your letter of deferral voluntarily to CHC CHD. It will work ONLY if you get a call from CHC CHD to do so (for example, Jassik got the same call).

I would advise "just wait" for the decision. Let's see what happen ! If its refusal, apply again with new papers. I am sure everything will be clear with in next 2 weeks.

enfield i am applied in same batch with a refusal so i was afraid of getting refused again... earlier i was refused in spp so m blacklisted for spp....and again in general i dont want to be refused like unwanted reason as study mismatch.......You know my profile is so simple and study is too relevent but they refused my case where with same profile and experience and acedmic scores my 3 frieds got there visa so i dont wanna to take any risk in this heavy rush intake...jan intake have not tooo much rush as compare to sep intake so i take this decision and my classes are already started ....no chance of getting sep intake.
