going to canada after biometric

Hi there
Ive done my biometrics in my home country and iam hoping to go to Canads to be with my husband for rest of precudure (rcmp and medical ...)

Is it possible ?

When i apply for eta do i just say honestly that im hoping to be with my husband while i finish all rest of steps.

Are you from a visa exempt country given ETAs are for visa exempt passport holders. If not visa exemot you need to apply for a TRV

I think it unlikely you would get a TRV approved given IRCC might think that you will not leave should your PR application be rejected, but thats only my view others can comment as well.

Nothing to stop you applying for a TRV or an ETA if visa exempt you may be lucky
