Going to attend U of Regina in their MPA Program

Hi, I have been selected in the MPA program of U of Regina, and shall be attending in Fall 2019. I was wondering,

1) How much monthly expense should I budget for if I live in a rented accommodation and live modestly?

2) After completion, is there any job opportunity for MPA graduates to gain Canadian work experience?
