My wife's work and travel visa expires in June, we're applying for her permanent residency and also submitting an Open Work Permit application. The question is about the fees ... do we have to pay both the Work Permit ($155) fee and the Open Work Permit Holder ($100) fee?
I see other people say to pay both, but I assume it's not from people who currently have an expiring work visa, so we're unsure if that changes the fee structure.
