Going back to India after studies.

Hi,
I am international student in Canada. I will finish my studies in December 2016. I have Visa until March 31 2017. Can I go back to India during that time and come back and apply for Work Permit before Visa is expired. Someone told me that Immigration people wont let me in as I will have no studies left.

Don't take any chance buddy . Get your open work permit and enjoy your trip as long as you want .

just updating. i went back to india after studies. I got my work permit through flagpole. Then applied the visa online. And gave my passport in VFS global location in Jalandhar, India.
