Going back Home-Change of Visa Office

Hello everyone,
I am a bit curious about what will happen to my application when I move back to my country, China. I currently live in London and I am planing to move back to China now.
Do I need to request a transfer of my case to China or will they do this on my behalf after I update my location status with them? Then lastly, can I be in China and my case still in process here in London (i.e I will do medicals and other stuff in China)?
I need help regarding this people.

Yes You can be in China and when your medicals come to your address in london someone sends it to you in china you go to one of CIC's doctors in china and get it done. Transfering your case to home country will take much longer however you have the final say this is just my opinion.

That's a nice answer from you, thanks! for me I will like to process it in London..Somethings else that I am trying to pin-point is; when the time for the request of passport comes, I will send it via courier, is such services possible, will they accept such thing? also if I tell them that I no longer live in London, will they advice or insist that I transfer my case to China?

Answers to your questions are:

The CHC London will accept as long as this is acceptable to the Chinese authorities. Check it with the postal services in china whether they allow Passport delivery to UK. In some countries it is illegal to send the passport abroad.

The CHC will not insist. In fact, if you insist, they WILL NOT transfer your file to china. The best option for you is to give the address of your friends in UK.

Thank you for your reply Noolan. This is what I intend to do, just that I am not so sure if it works. In my initial application, i used a Chinese address as my contact address but my UK address as my residential address.Do you think that I need to change my contact address to a UK address?

When did you apply and when you are planning to go back? I think you should have given the UK address.
