You will be able to apply, However if your ECA report saying that your education equivalency is diploma level then no worries..try to do with ICAS as WES will not give such report for GNM

I M A GNM NURSE AND I ALREADY APPLIED FOR CANADA MIGRATION BEFORE EX ENTRY CAME(APPLIED ON JULY 2014)..I WAS WAITING FOR FILE NUMBER..I APPLIED THROUGH AGENCY FROM INDIA..BUT,NOW THEY R TELLING CANADA IS REJECTING GNM NURSES...IS THAT TRUE??WHEN I STARTED MY MIGRATION PROCESSING NO SUCH RULES CAME...CAN I EXPECT PR FROM CANADA OR NOT????
