• The maximum time for processing the application for Postdoc (TEER 1, NOC 41200), in practice.
• In another word, does it truly take two-weeks upon all documents are provided?

There is no maximum processing time.

Most people wait several months vs just a few weeks. Best to assume it will take longer than two weeks.
