My husband, our daughter and I are about to submit VISA application. My daughter's and mine will be study permits and my husband's will be visit VISA. The application will be submitted to the High commission of Canada to India. But unfortunately my husband is in Singapore, hence his medical test can be taken in Singapore only. Kindly let me know if it is allowed to submit application in one country(India) and take medical test in a different country(Singapore).
