Give biometrics again (study permit)

Hello everyone,

I've applied for study permit 2 months ago, and I got refused regarding 2 reasons:
1. Lack of proper documentation regarding my educational background and English proficiency.
2. The officer was not satisfied that I will leave Canada after my studies. His argue stated on lack of job opportunities in my country of residence.

Both of which are not true about my case (I've Toefl with grade 97 and a great job offer from an established company with chance of promotion due to pursuing education).

Do I have to take the biometrics again for this time? And what are the chances I get Visa this time?

Notorize ur douments. Also since u have to apply under genral, henc u would need everything notorized. n abt english, in the SOP show ur good marks in class X & XII
2. The officer was not satisfied that I will leave Canada after my studies. His argue stated on lack of job opportunities in my country of residence.
Strengthen ur ties to home.
Both of which are not true about my case (I've Toefl with grade 97 and a great job offer from an established company with chance of promotion due to pursuing education).

Do I have to take the biometrics again for this time? And what are the chances I get Visa this time?
