GIS Occupations on the NOC

Hello,

I was wondering if "GIS" occupations are included in the NOC to be considered under skilled worker express entry. To be specific, i worked as a "GIS Analyst" for 1 year, "GIS Software Engineer" for 1 year and "GIS Manager" for 4 months(currently).
Also, i completed a Masters degree from the USA in 2005(and worked there for 2 years), even though i am an Indian citizen. Would i still have to write IELTS ?
