We are going to apply for ee soon. I just tramsferred money to my wife account so that we can show it later. Do I need to make a gift need now or it can be made later. Bcz if we got ita between 6 months , that large entry will reflect.

You don't need to transfer money to your wife to show for POF. Spouse's can use each other's account.
You don't need to provide a gift deed to your wife.
The amount is already transferred by me. Do I need to get a gift deed for it? If that large amount entry reflect in statement of my wife , how we can explain it without a gift deed.

As tobs said, in between spouse is not a problem.
However, perhaps you can simply have it made. Would leave little room for doubt or delay in that manner.
