I have done my gic payment on 12 th April and yet i didn't get any update from scotia bank, can anyone help

Hello Respected sir/mam,
I've done my payment towards my gic on my account number 000****on date 12/04/2022. I haven't recieved any update on my Scotiabank account please take my matter into consideration i have attached swift copy and transaction reference copy from my bank for the proof of my payment.
