The payment won't go through if it isn't the same as your Scotia's. If it's the correct one (the same as your national id's) then correct the one at your Scotiabank. Try to contact them via email.

Better email them for confirmation before making the payment as they may reject your payment for the most minor of errors.

My GIC will not accepted and they give me reason that (ordering customer address provided does not match beneficiary address and our record) they guve me this reason but i will write the information that they will provide me in mail so what is the solution of it ?
And how much time to take to get back moneyto bank account?
