Joban: I said tell that you are having confirmation from your bank,middle bank & give them reference number. I am very sad to hear it. . keep them calling 3 times a day without fail and ask about your case. Tell them to do the trace from there side.

Let me know what happens & even you have my number. I pray u get it very soon.I know what we are going through due to it.

Shahid: bhaii,, PNB asked the middle bank to give them the details of money. Now middle bank is saying that case lies with scotia bank. They are waiting response from Scotia bank. When Scotia bank say something then middle bank tell us something. I'm calling regularly Scotia bank even middle bank(CIBC) also. I dont know what is happening with me.

I hope you are not victim of phishing (only possible if your pc/laptop is infected or your email id is hacked), if this is case no bank can help you

If so make complaint to cyber crime of India and they will look in this matter and would let you know in couple of days

Look i am not being negative but such case happen

How can this be a phishing attack?

You get transaction details on scotia bank webmail and since he is calling them and they are recognizing them that means the details on the mail by scotia bank was right or else they would have not entertained him at all.
I am pretty sure that swift transactions can not be affected by phishing.

FIle an online complain from the bank website,

Get confirmation from your bank & middle bank through email check the email from there website u will get it once got it.

Call scotia bank and say i want to complain that why i have not received the money & tell them to do the trace from there side. Inshallah u will get it very soon.

This what i told you on the call also . I am hoping you have got the confirmation of the money as there is no post from ur side.

Joban,

Call them and tell them in detail . Attach Swift Copy, and all other info like your application , Passport etc and mail to them , and explain them that you haven't received your GIC till date.

Emailing them and calling them is the only way we have now . I hope PNB guys gave you the details.

Jerin: hope so this prob solved today. Intermediary bank did mistake internaly in their bank. Hope they'll processed the transaction today.
