Guys, my brother transferred funds from his(ICICI Bank) account to Scotia Bank for GIC certificate to apply for his study visa, after 5 days he received mail that it is declined as there is mismatch in names in the scotia bank account and beneficiary name, he dint write his surname in Beneficiary name. But still the funds are not refunded back to his account.. when consulted bank ppl dey are telling it takes 3 days to get back, but it has been 3 days.... Guys if any one faced such problem plz guide me how to proceed and plz tell me how long it takes to get that money back as he need to transfer once again and apply for visa..... Any information relating this is appreciated.... Thanks in advance.......
