GIC [ALL PROBLEMS]

Is it okay if one transfer to the GIC a/c in two stages...1st day CAD$5000 and second day CAD$ 5100.....
& can I apply for visa thru TT slip, even if I don't receive the certi, which I know won't be possible before 31st july......

What is GIC required for ?
 
Waiting for my gic certificate.. and I sent the wire transfer last week.. traked the money.. they say that its olready in scotia bank.. yet it is to credited in my account.. vo hi nai hua abi tk.. :/
Its irritating now.
 
can anyone plwase tell me the email id of scotia bank to which TT can be mailed? plz reply

dude is this gic ip and scotia bank account no. a same thing?
 
Had a word with assistant president of scotiabank last night.. they informed me that my funds are already in my account.. yet I hv not received the confirmation or the certificate :-[ :(

Anyone who is not sure if the money is reflecting in their Scotia account or not can call them @ +1-866-800-5159 n press 1 twice to talk to the executive.....

Be polite n explain them the situation else they will not give the info as they are not in the GIC department.... GIC does not have any phone # which will be answered by a human....

Be polite to them n explain them the situation as they are not from GIC department as GIC doesn't have any phone number where you will be answered by a human....

I got the GIC last night right after the money reflected into my account

So best of luck all n please pray for me as well...

Hi Sukh, I got both confirmation on the amount which was reflecting in my account n then after 5 mins the GIC was also sent over to me...

it means that by calling them is the only way by which certificate can be recieved. Will try it.
On what date you transferred the funds?
