Ghost update

Anyone with idea on what is happening
I submitted application almost two month now since I submitted
Did medical Upfront
Receive medical update three days after I submitted
for almost two month now no update again
only today I see application updated but when I open I don't see any changes some ghost update which is not showing any changes in the stages
Anyone with such experience?

Hi Received Ghost update( Application/profile updated) today in GC Key portal , No email.... But when open my application it is still same without any changes in eligibility, background check , additional document, Interview, Final decision.

BIO DONE 09th MAR

As per call with IRCC agent last week , Eligibility passed on 08th APRIL, Criminality -in progress , security -Not started

Should I call IRCC to know more status? Any suggestion?
