So, just wondering, Applicants who had applied in the month of July are getting decisions in Nov. hmm. That’s about 4 months (16 Weeks)

Yes , maybe thats the reason for this update as same happened to me. Overall, only once they start processing the remaining july apps we will receive some kind of update.

No.It was from China but i think Nairobi also played a role. Non SDS.
