ghost update for citizenships

recently I checked my status online and I saw in 27 Sep updated but nothing changed and everything is same.
I am wondering why updated and nothing changed and nothing i got by email.
anyone else who apply for citizenship had same situation?

I got same issue brother
I opened the tracker and there were update on 7th october but nothing updated in the tracker

Oct 7th update was because of system upgrade. You can ignore it.

Mine 27 sep and 7 October updated but nothing changed.
