Ghost update and no change_ BGC _ in progress

I am Alberta PNP outland and therefore Not exactly same as you (check about me for timeline) but my eligibility passed on 10 Jan 2024 and no update since. BGC is still in progress.

In your case i wd say that a ghost update is positive and you can expect an update this week as i have seen people getting copr within a couple of weeks of getting a ghost update.

Going by my personal experience wherein i had ghost upates when eligibility was marked completed, BGC started etc. and also by observing people sharing on different forums etc.
Some online resources also point that ghost updates generally means that someone is working on your file which i would like to assume is always positive.
Rest IRCC will work as they would like to we can only wait and assume.
