Ghost update after Portal 2..?

Hi I got my portal 2 email May 9 and sent photos and information on May 14th, still waiting for my ecopr, and I checked my EE tracker today and there was an update today, but noting, I think it's a ghost update. Does anyone know what that means?

That updated date at the top means nothing. Ignore it. IRCC has tweeted about it being insignificant and unrelated to your application.
