Ghost email at 1am does cic work on weekends ?

Just got a ghost email a few mins ago. It's a public holiday in Canada this weekend. Do cic work ? I am beginning to think they have certain stages in which they have it set up to do automated updates. I got so excited sadly noting lol. Waiting for either bg to go into process or ppr

Anything is possible with CIC. They hired ghosts to work on weekend thats why you received a ghost email, JK...

But my Ecas is in process but bg not started wonder what that means for me rejected knowing my luck :/

Or maybe it's back to my original conclusion that select stages are sent in batches ? Cause sometimes it seems to be either a feast or famine with cic..
