I came on a visiting visa and then got my work permit. My visiting visa has validity till the validity of my passport. Presently I am on visitor record as the period exceeded 6 months. Now if I need to go to my home country do I need to apply for a TRV or my visiting visa can be considered as a TRV? I heard from someone that the visiting visa itself is a TRV??
