Getting WES report by International Registered Mail instead of Intl courier

Hi,

Does anyone has idea about how many days it take to receive WES report if we choose International Registered Mail (CDN $30) option instead of International Courier (CDN $100). I won't be able to submit application before 20th July and have all documents required by WES ready.. thus have cushion of around 1 month. So, to bring down the cost, I was wondering if getting report through Intl Registered Mail is a good option.

I want to know what we need to do if we want to get reports at REGISTERED MAIL. I don't understand what is this Address. can i get it at my home address using 30$ service?

I got within 6 days by register mail at Gandhinagar, India
