When I apply for my post-graduation work permit, I can't wait 3-4 months, because I will travel through Australia immediately after applying for the post-graduation work permit. I now heard of flagpoling as a way to get the permit in just one day!
I don't care if it's "discouraged" or if the immigration officers like it or not, as long as it is legal and still possible these days.
What can happen in the worst case? That they won't give me the permit? That would be acceptable because then I could still apply the normal way that takes months to complete.
Is is still possible to get the post-graduation work permit through flagpoling and is it legal? I don't need a visitor visa for USA and Canada btw (as long as Trump doesn't become president lol)
