Getting the trv stamp in passport in another country

Hey guys,
I was wondering if its possible to get the trv stamp in another country. Im in Canada at the moment and applied for the renewal of temporary residence visa online on Nov 7. My old trv expires on Nov 25. I'm planning on travelling outside Canada on Dec 14. I probably won't have enough time to get the stamp here so is it possible to take the approval letter by the IRCC and getting the stamp in a Canadian Embassy in another country?
