i was just Concious because it is written that lie with the cic will effect the permanent resident plus my sponsor is seperated and sponsor will never clarify to Cic that was a mistake .

There is no such rule that CIC can take your PR status back after getting it on spousal basis if your application was right. That's why they are too much alert when they have to give the visa. So, don't worry and live boldly. Some mistakes can happen, but she had already given the correct date. Maximum you can do is, just give assurance to your ex-wife that you will not take any social assistance from government. Well, even if you ask that, govt will charge it to your ex-wife. But as a good human being, just don't give any trouble to her, and if possible, just leave the city and start your new life somewhere in Canada where she can not reach you. Otherwise, legally she can not do anything to send you back.

Unless there's "something" that you're not telling us:

1) Your wife, or ex-wife, cannot have you deported now that you have PR status;

2) Do not sign any more papers;

3) Get a lawyer or any type of legal counseling;

4) Get yourself a place to live in, and go take care of your life - with PR status, you're free to do as you wish.

Thanx all of you for helping me with your precious advices and answers i will keep u guys bussy by my questions lol.
I have no bad intentions for her and i will not go on social assistance and she knows that up to some extent . Frankly speaking there is no secret that i am not telling you the main reason was lack of understanding between us . After so much bad thing happened i became pessimestic and i think that any bad thing can happen with me . plus i have no one to discuss with that i keeps on thinking all the bad things then ask you guys for answers.
