1) How should I organize everything?
2) When sending everything off do I send my sponsorship and my wifes PR Application together to Mississauga, then they send it to Buffalo?
3) It asks for my wifes travel documents..Do we send her current passport in, her old one with her maiden name, or just make a photocopy?

One more, as her sponsor (a Canadian citizen by birth) do we need to include my birth certificate?

1) Some people organize everything by creating cover pages with numbered pages for the IO to refer to. I just organized mine according to the checklist.

2) Yes all three applications go together with all supporting docs (sponsorship, PR and region specific forms). Once approved in step 1 for sponsorship at CPC-M, they send all your app to Buf, for final approval.

3) Unless it says orginals, you always send photocopies. I believe for the passport, as of ryt now for this step, you must include the bio pages and all pages with stamps for new and old passports. Upon final approval they will ask for her orginal current passport.

Hope this helps, no need to panic.

Either you send a copy of your passport with the ID page, or a copy of the birth certificate. I sent a copy of both just in case. :)
