Getting ready to land

We are about to be issued my boyfriends visa this week and are preparing to land next week. I know we have to create two copies of a list which details what we are bringing with us upon landing and what is coming later. We are not bringing anything later and only clothes now. Does he still need to complete a list of all of his clothes?? he has so many? or can we just tell the officer upon arrival thats its just the bag we have with us?

You don't need to fill out any forms if all he is bringing is clothing. If you feel more comfortable filling out the form, then just write x boxes of clothing, or 1 bag of clothing, or whatever it is he is carrying it in and that will be sufficient. You don't need to list each individual article of clothing.
