Actually, I am trying now to prepare all documents and supported ones to be ready when CHC asks me to send, since I live in a country which is different from homeland. So I have some questions I need ur help to answer, plz know before that my viza office is London\U.K:
1. Identity and civil status documents:
Birth and marriage certificates: Must they be the originals with a translation to English???? If not, what are the stamps the copies must have on????
2. Education:
All my post- secondary,BA., and MA. degrees must be originals in sealed stamped envelops??? or just the BA and MA degrees only???
3. Settlement funds:
Could I provide the CHC with a contract of my apartment (WITHOUT AN ESTIMATION OF ITS PRICE) as an evidence of funds along with a bank certification letter about my account in it?????
plz help ;D

1.You birth and marriage certificate should be notarized copies and not original.
2.Provide notarized photo copies of all educational certificate but send seal original transcript of your BA and MA result in university sealed envelop.
3.London and Russian CHC accept landed properties as proof of fund.I dont know of your local visa office
Good luck

If the document is already notarized it does not need to be in a sealed envelope. The original transcript and other school documents need to be in a sealed envelope if they are not notarized. Some schools do not use the practice of placing the school seal over the envelope. In these cases, it is best to have the document notarized.

more answers plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The certificate issued to you by the university should be the notorized copy.
The mark sheet/transcript will be prepared by the university and send to the CHC in university sealed envelop unless they are ready to give it to you.
Hope this help.
