Getting qualifications accessed

I have a question regarding getting my qualifications assessed, how do I go about actually getting the qualifications to the assessing companies? Do I just call up my college I went to and get them to send them on? Or do I have to get them all sent to me first and then I send them off?

Does it need to be originals or will photocopies do?

And is it both my transcripts (results sheet with scores in each module) and the parchment paper that needs to be sent to the assessing company?
