1. If you are not in breach of your RO, or don't need Humanitarian & Compassionate consideration, why pay someone to do what you can do for yourself very easily?

I was not able to meet RO on H&C grounds..

An agent will not be able to change the decision for you. If you do not meet RO and you have no H&C grounds, a PRTD application will be refused.
