Getting new SIN online with CoPR

I just got a call from Windsor telling me I was approved.

I was told that I can get a new SIN (and renewed health card which expired months ago) online but the COPR letter said to go to a service Canada.

Anyone know the website for both getting new SIN and getting Health Card renewed? I googled but I don't see anywhere that I can do these online (maybe health card).
