I need to confirm with anyone who knows about what I am going to ask.
I have an Express entry Profile with 439 points and currently I am waiting for OINP decision as I had already submitted my documents after receiving Letter of Interest from them. They are supposed to get back to me latest April 27th 2016. Now the thing i need advice on is that i am planning to get married with my girlfriend in April we are in relationship from last couple of years she is in India. I will be in India from 8th-30th April and between that period we might do a Court Marriage.
What I need to know is after coming back from India and if I get my PNP approved, can i fill update my account before applying in CIC? Will there be any issue in regards to the my file in or her in getting our PR together?
