I am an international student and I’ve found a partner to get married with who is also an international student. Is it possible if we get married and he can continue his study and I can get an open work permit ?

My apology if im wrong but the wording of your post sounds like you found another international student to be your partner in crime.
some international students squander or know they dont qualify for a PGWP so they fake relationships with another international student to get Open Work permits..
I heard of one such case where BOTH students were deported when CIC found out that it was a marriage of convenience.
Its not as easy as it seem to get this OWP
I think you’ve a misunderstanding here because even this thing you’re thinking about me I could do it from my back home as a spouse but I came here as an international student and we’ve met here and the thing happened it could happen with anyone.
If you both are International students wouldn't it be easier for both or one of you to get a PGWP and then look into PR?
