Following is my scenario:
- I got my CSQ already.
- I have applied for PR in Feb this year and sent my CSQ along with the application package.
- I'm gonna get married in June this year.
- My PGWP is gonna expire in early June 2019.
- She will come to Canada on open work permit after marriage and her visa will also expire in early June 2019.
Following are my questions:
1) To modify my PR application while it's in progress to add my wife, does she require CSQ?
2) If she requires CSQ, how long will it take to get it?
3) Should I add her as non-dependent?
4) Since she won't be getting PR before June 2019, can she extend her visa to stay with me (Since I will have received my PR by then if I add her as non-dependent)? Or she has to leave Canada?
