Good day. I'm an international student here in Toronto. I am planning on getting married on my summer break next year back in the Philippines, is it possible to get my soon to be spouse here in Toronto after we get married? If so, how long is the processing? Thanks

Yes. it would be better if your spouse gets visitor visa before you get married. He/she will get an open work permit after you get married after reaching canada.
