Getting married in Canada

Hello, I have a simple question, I hope some on you could answer.

My girlfriend is from the Philippines, she was previously married and since divorce is not allowed there, she is currently in her annulment of marriage process since the past 2 years.

I am a Canadian citizen, currently single and she will be visiting me this February in Canada.

My question is : Can we get married here in Canada even if she is still considered married there in the Philippines or should we wait until the annulment is completed?

No, that would be an illegal marriage (bigamy). Need to wait until annulment is completely done.
