Getting married after receiving ITA

I get the ITA 2 days ago and i want to get married.
What is the appropriate time to get married ?
Before i submit the ITA or after i submit the ITA and apply the E APR.
Can you help me

If you don't want your points to be recalculated, then you should marry after submission. But since you have nomination, points should not be a concern for you. You need to be careful of the time limit of 60days and make sure that you will have everything in place by then.

You just submit the app with your spouse.

When i submit the app with my spouse. Should she do the medical test or cic will send me email after i submit the app to do my spouse medical test.
